• Recruitment & Onboarding: Housing & Development o Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles, from job posting to candidate selection. o Conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads for hiring needs. o Facilitate smooth onboarding and induction programs for new hires. • Employee Relations & Engagement: o Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances. o Design and implement employee engagement activities and initiatives. o Foster a positive workplace culture that aligns with company values. • HR Operations & Compliance: o Maintain and update employee records in HRMS. o Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. o Prepare HR reports, metrics, and dashboards for management review. • Performance Management: o Assist in developing and implementing performance appraisal systems. o Support managers in setting KPIs and conducting performance reviews.
