We ship pan-India through courier partners we've verified over time. Coverage isn't uniform across every PIN, so check availability before placing an order — or write to us and we'll confirm it for you. 

 

The delivery is highly dependent on what you are ordering. If it's a -

 

  1. Service: it will be delivered on the exact date, and the charges will be mentioned on the page. 
  2. Items/Products: it will be delivered according to the place. Charges will be mentioned as per the following instructions.

Delivery Timelines

Note*: The time of delivery will vary according to your needs. If it's an Item or Product, it will be delivered within the estimated timelines, and if it's A Service, it will be given on your mentioned date according to its availability.  

 

Item / Product Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation. You get a tracking ID by SMS or email once the parcel leaves us, and you can follow it on our site.

Express Shipping

 

If your PIN qualifies, the option appears at checkout for express shipping available to select cities on orders above ₹999. These we process within 24 hours — the moment it leaves our end you get a dispatch message, and delivery wraps up within 1–2 business days.

 

Things You Should Know

 

Your address matters more than you'd think

What we need is the flat or house number, street, locality, city, state, and PIN. A landmark helps if navigating the area is hard. Re-attempt costs sit with you, and we can't guarantee delivery if something is missing or wrong.

 

We try three times

Our courier partners make up to three delivery attempts, after which the parcel comes back to us. Re-shipping charges apply if it failed because you weren't reachable or turned the package away.

 

Damaged or opened packages

Refuse on the spot and contact us immediately if you see anything that looks tampered with or crushed, and don't sign for it. Record an unboxing video the moment you start opening the package for fragile items — or otherwise we can't assess the claim unless breakage is reported within 24 hours with that footage attached.

 

Orders sometimes arrive in parts

From different vendors, items may ship separately and reach you on different days. That's how multi-vendor dispatch works — it's not a delay.

 

When things go sideways

Delivery can be pushed past the window we quoted by weather, strikes, or situations nobody controls. We'll text you when that happens.
