Vendor Onboarding Policy

Abroces Fintech Services Pvt Ltd · Updated On April 2026

Handling the technology infrastructure that makes transactions possible across shop, property, motors, jobs, and services is our role as Abroces Fintech Services, a multi-vendor marketplace connecting buyers to sellers. We don't buy or sell anything ourselves. To manage what happens between you and your customers is, legally and practically, your responsibility because of that. What we expect before you register, what's permitted on the platform, and where the lines are is set out by this policy. Read it before you apply.

1. Who Can Sell on Abroces Fintech Services

Any item that falls within a category Abroces Fintech Services has been approved, meets the regulatory requirements for that product type, and is legal to sell in India can be listed by you. You need to have it before you list if the law requires it—drug licenses where the category demands it, BIS certification for electronics, or FSSAI registration for food products. Every vendor application goes through our review. Accounts don't get approved if they don't meet eligibility. Compliance falling out after onboarding causes existing accounts to be terminated. Without giving advance notice, we reserve the right to make that call.

2. What We Need at Registration

Mandatory are valid variations for necessary documents, with the following, to understand this segment with professional and legal details:

  • Proprietorship Business: KYC, Trade Licence/ MSME, GST (if your proprietor requires it)
  • Partnership Business: KYC of partners, PAN, Trade Licence/ MSME, Partnership Deed, GST mandatory
  • Private Limited and Limited: KYC of directors, MOA, AOA, PAN of the company, GST mandatory

-It is highly important to remember that a “Cancelled Cheque or Passbook of Business Account” is crucial for all of these aforementioned fields.

In your dashboard, update it if your GST registration status shifts, your address moves, or your bank account changes. Not a minor admin issue, and so stale or wrong information held against an active account is grounds for suspension.

3. What You Can and Cannot List

Can do: Any item that fits within an approved Abroces Fintech Services category, complies with all relevant industry regulations, and is permissible under Indian law may be listed by you. Prior to publishing, you must secure it whenever local law mandates a permit—such as drug licenses for medical lines, BIS certification for electronic goods, or FSSAI clearance for food items.

Can't do: Counterfeit or Replica items, goods violating active trademarks or copyrights, materials deemed offensive or libelous, products prohibited under Indian statutes, or items barred by our separate category handbooks cannot be listed. Without warning, illegal posts are deleted immediately. Triggering permanent profile suspension are future infractions—after the initial strike, we offer no second chances.

4. Pricing and Inventory

Prices are set by you. Displaying a price that excludes GST and then adding it later in the checkout flow is forbidden, as it must include all applicable taxes. Forbidden are artificially inflated prices with fictitious discount percentages. Platforms and sellers have faced action by consumer protection regulators for exactly this, and part of it we don't want to be.

Reflected by your listed inventory count is what you need to actually have on hand. Signals of either poor operations or deliberate overbooking come from cancelling orders repeatedly because stock ran dry—penalties are led to by both, and the account is suspended by enough of them.

6. Orders, Shipping, and Returns

Please ensure you fulfill and ship orders within the timeframe promised in your listing. Proper packaging is your responsibility; if a product breaks in transit due to a flimsy or inadequate box, you hold sole liability. Buyers are entitled to a full refund if the received product deviates from the listing description, with all associated costs billed to you.

Returns must comply with our standard platform return guidelines. Return shipping costs are borne by the vendor unless a separate written agreement exists. All refunds must be issued directly to the original payment method. Substituting store credit for a monetary refund is strictly prohibited unless the customer explicitly requests it.

7. Payments and Settlements

Payment processing is handled entirely through the Abroces Fintech Services payment network. Please note that we do not operate as a bank or financial institution. After deducting platform fees and any applicable taxes, settlements are distributed according to the timeline established during your onboarding.

Funds may be placed on hold during active policy reviews, chargebacks, fraud investigations, or open customer disputes. We will always notify you when a hold occurs and provide a clear explanation. Funds will remain frozen while an investigation is ongoing, and regular settlements will resume within the standard published timeframe once the issue is fully resolved.

8. Platform Rules

Immediate account closure will be triggered by any of the following offenses: manipulating your ratings, posting fake reviews via alternate profiles, uploading fraudulent product details, operating multiple accounts to manipulate search rankings, attempting to scrape or reverse-engineer the platform, or committing fraud under Indian law. We maintain active monitoring for these infractions, and termination remains our unilateral decision.

While customers are free to leave public feedback, your responses must remain entirely professional. You are barred from offering incentives for positive reviews or threatening customers who leave negative feedback. Violating accounts face immediate termination and potential exposure to consumer rights bodies.

9. Data and Privacy

Any customer data—such as delivery addresses, phone numbers, and transaction histories—passing through your account must be managed in accordance with current data protection laws. This information is shared with you strictly for order fulfillment. Utilizing it for any other reason breaches our platform guidelines and may violate federal laws. Do not compile or hold sensitive customer data independently outside of the platform’s secure dashboard.

10. Suspension and Termination

Vendor accounts can face suspension or termination by management for policy infractions, legal violations, outstanding dues, or fraud. Closing your account does not wipe out your records, as certain data must be retained for legal and compliance audits. If you feel a suspension was applied unfairly, you can submit a formal appeal through our grievance setup. Each case is reviewed carefully by our team, not by an automated algorithm.

11. Intellectual Property

All platform technologies, core content, and trademarks remain the property of Abroces Fintech Services. However, you maintain complete ownership of the materials you upload, including listings, descriptions, and imagery. By publishing items here, you grant us a non-exclusive license to utilize that content for promotional, operational, and display purposes.

12. Liability

We bear zero liability for product defects, delivery failures, buyer-seller disputes, or financial losses resulting from your activities on the platform. In the event that liability is legally established against us, the total damages will be strictly capped at the platform fees you paid during the three months leading up to the claim.

13. Governing Law

This entire policy text is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes that cannot be settled via our internal grievance channels will transition to binding arbitration held in Kolkata, conforming to the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

14. Acceptance

By selecting "I Agree" during your registration, you signify that you have thoroughly read, comprehended, and consented to these bounds rather than simply scrolling past the text. If any phrasing remains ambiguous, please clarify it with our team prior to registering.
