Terms & Condition
Abroces Fintech Services Pvt Ltd · Updated On May 2026
Abroces Fintech Services operates exclusively as a platform. We are not the seller, the service provider, the recruiter, or the astrologer. We provide the digital space those parties use to reach you. This distinction strictly determines who carries legal and practical responsibility for any transaction made here.
By registering an account or executing a transaction as a guest, you agree to these terms. They govern all facets of the platform: the e-commerce store, the multi-vendor marketplace, the services directory, job listings, motor sales, astrology consultations, bill payments, and the Abroces Fintech Services mobile application.
To ensure that transactional conflicts are handled with caution and remain under strict vigilance, category-specific policies govern our Refunds, Shipping, and Vendor Onboarding programs.
1. Definitions
- Platform refers to the afs.cool, the Abroces Fintech Services mobile application, and all associated digital services.
- User refers to any individual accessing the Platform, whether as a registered member or a guest.
- Vendor encompasses sellers, service providers, recruiters, astrologers, motor dealers, and any third party maintaining a listing on the Platform.
- Transaction covers any purchase, booking, consultation, job application, or payment processed via the Platform.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
In accordance with government welfare rules and child labor laws, users must be 18 years of age or older. Minors may only access the platform under the proper vigilance of parents or legal guardians who accept these lawful terms, prioritize the minor's well-being, and provide full, accurate information for the account setup.
Account registration requires accurate data. You bear full responsibility for all activities conducted under your account, whether performed by you or an authorized third party. Suspected unauthorized access must be reported to the afs.cool immediately. Users are highly advised to actively monitor their accounts and act according to the demands of the situation, rather than acting purely on instinct.
3. What Abroces Fintech Services Does and Does Not Do
Abroces Fintech Services supplies the digital infrastructure necessary for vendors and users to transact. We do not participate in product manufacturing, warehousing, or shipping. We do not personally execute services, perform consultations, or hire for job roles. Those duties belong entirely to the vendor.
Before listings go live, we thoroughly review vendor descriptions, pricing trends, and local market availability. Although our review process is highly detailed, we cannot physically verify, optimize, or continuously monitor every claim a vendor makes about their products. Therefore, disputes regarding what was promised versus what was delivered must go through our formal Complaint Dealing Policy.
Maintaining statutory compliance, GST registration, professional licensing, and consumer protection obligations is strictly the vendor's burden. Proof of compliance is a mandatory condition for listing, and we remove vendors who fail to provide it. However, we do not act as a daily regulatory body for every category on the Platform.
4. User Conduct
Transacting in good faith is our baseline requirement. The following activities are strictly prohibited under all circumstances, with no exceptions:
Financial Misconduct
- Using stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained products or payment credentials.
- Filing fraudulent chargebacks or refund claims for goods that were successfully received and accepted.
- Utilizing the Platform to launder or move funds from unlawful sources.
- Creating multiple accounts to exploit discounts, referral schemes, or cashback offers.
- Intentionally returning used or damaged goods while providing a false description of their condition.
Platform and System Integrity
- Attempting unauthorized access to any part of our servers or to another user's account.
- Uploading malware, malicious code, or programs designed to disrupt platform operations.
- Deploying unauthorized bots, scrapers, or automated tools without explicit written consent from Abroces Fintech Services.
Listings and Content
- Submitting reviews or ratings that do not stem from a genuine transaction.
- Misrepresenting your identity, age, or professional credentials in listings or applications.
- Distributing pirated, copyrighted, or legally restricted materials via any Platform feature.
- Opening new accounts to circumvent enforcement after a prior suspension.
Prohibited Goods and Behavior
- Attempting to buy, list, or facilitate transactions involving weapons, narcotics, counterfeit goods, wildlife products, or suspicious items prohibited under Indian law.
- Falsifying your age to purchase age-restricted items, such as alcohol, tobacco, adult products, or regulated pharmaceuticals.
- Directing abuse, threats, or harassing conduct toward other users, vendors, support staff, or delivery personnel.
-Violations of these rules are immediately judged as "accounts of violation" and will surely result in suspension without prior notice. Instances of financial fraud and identity theft are automatically reported to relevant authorities. Appeals can be directed to contactus@afs.cool, though not all suspensions are reversible.
5. Vendor Obligations
Vendor registration does not fulfill all vendor obligations. The following rules apply the moment a listing goes live:
- Vendors must maintain valid business registration, GST compliance, and any necessary professional licenses, keeping them available for review upon request.
- You may only list items you are legally permitted to sell. Listing a "restricted product" will result in the fast, lawful removal of the listing.
- Products must consistently match the stated pricing, availability, and descriptions. Any discrepancies are logged as a vendor violation.
- Post-sale duties, including warranties, statutory returns, and customer service, rest solely with the vendor and do not transfer to Abroces Fintech Services.
- The bidding, cancellation, and refund timelines established within the vendor agreement are mandatory rules, not suggestions.
- To ensure quick remedies, all "Customer disputes" must be handled using our 4L customer dealing system.
-Vendors who present a pattern of repeated, intentionally unresolved, or failed compliance checks, or who misrepresent their listings, will be suspended. Lawful actions will be taken to protect consumers. Serious breaches lead to permanent removal, and in instances of consumer fraud, Abroces Fintech Services will engage protection authorities and handle the issue through strict legal channels without delay.
6. Payments
Abroces Fintech Services guarantees that we never store sensitive financial data—such as card numbers, CVV codes, UPI IDs, or wallet credentials—during any payment module actions. All payment processes are routed exclusively through our highly acknowledged Third-Party Gateways, which are fully PCI-DSS certified and operate under strict RBI guidelines for digital transactions.
The Platform accepts credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking. Cash on Delivery (COD) is supported by select vendors. The availability of COD and any applicable surcharges are determined by the vendor and clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
-Vendor transactions may be subject to a platform fee or commission. This is detailed in the Vendor Agreement and does not alter the consumer's final checkout price.
You are responsible for protecting your OTP, UPI PIN, and payment credentials. Abroces Fintech Services will never ask for them. We bear no liability for unauthorized transactions resulting from a user sharing their credentials with a third party.
7. Cancellations
Users: Cancellations requested within the final 24 hours prior to a scheduled delivery or service are not eligible for a full refund if an advance payment was collected. No refunds are granted within that 24-hour window. Failing to show up or provide access for a booked service is considered a "no-show," and the full service charge will apply.
Vendors: Vendors who cannot fulfill a booking must issue a notification at least 24 hours beforehand. Canceling without this prior notice carries rigorous penalties under "The Vendor Agreement." Two or more occurrences within a rolling 90-day period will trigger a massive account review, often leading to imminent suspension.
For category-specific cancellation rules regarding motors, property, astrology, and jobs, please consult the relevant policy pages on the Platform.
8. Refunds
Full Refund: A full refund is applicable in two specific scenarios: the vendor completely failed to deliver, or the delivered item materially differs from the listing (e.g., wrong product, missing parts, or unperformed services).
Partial Refund: If only part of an order was undelivered or arrived damaged, a partial refund may be approved. These are assessed on a case-by-case basis under the Refund Policy; there is no fixed formula.
Non-Refundable Categories: The following items cannot be refunded once delivered, regardless of the reason:
- Perishables, food items, dairy, meat, seafood, flowers, and grocery consumables.
- Personal hygiene products: innerwear, swimwear, hosiery, razors, and sanitary items.
- Opened cosmetics, skincare, fragrances, and hair care items.
- Baby food, formula, and infant hygiene consumables.
- Customized or made-to-order goods, gift cards, vouchers, and digital downloads.
- Medicines and healthcare products (unless a specific legal return right exists).
- Hazardous materials, batteries, and chemical products.
- Seasonal inventory, clearance stock, and any item marked ‘final sale’ at the time of purchase.
-The list of non-refundable items extends beyond the examples above. If an item's refundability is not explicitly stated in its description, you must confirm it with our customer care service prior to purchase. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Disputes must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery or service completion. Full details are available on the Return & Refund Policy page.
9. Intellectual Property
The Abroces Fintech Services trademark, logo, interface design, original platform photography, and written text are owned by or licensed to Abroces Fintech Services and are protected under Indian intellectual property law.
While vendors retain ownership of their specific listing content, they grant Abroces Fintech Services a non-exclusive license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content across the Platform for the duration of their active registration. This license terminates when the listing is deleted or the vendor's account is closed.
Using Platform content for external commercial purposes without written permission from Abroces Fintech Services breaches these terms and will invite legal proceedings.
10. Liability
In any dispute, Abroces Fintech Services liability is strictly capped at the total amount paid for the specific transaction in question. We assume no liability for loss of income, data loss, missed opportunities, or downstream consequences resulting from a failed transaction.
We are not legally liable for a vendor's conduct, product quality, or service fulfillment. However, we enforce a strict complaints process because vendor failures do happen. Vendors who exhibit a pattern of failures are permanently removed from the Platform.
11. Force Majeure
Abroces Fintech Services will not be held liable for service failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government lockdowns, infrastructure outages, pandemics, labor strikes, or acts of war. Affected obligations will be suspended while the event persists. We will communicate with affected users if a disruption impacts an active transaction, and operations will resume as soon as conditions allow.
12. Dispute Resolution
We ask that you start with us. The vast majority of disputes are resolved effectively at the support stage. Write to contactus@afs.cool or call +91-7779837254 to give us a chance to fix the issue before escalating.
If direct resolution is unsuccessful, the matter proceeds to mediation. Should mediation fail, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Arbitration will take place in Kolkata, and the proceedings will be conducted in English for the betterment and clarity of all people concerned.
These terms are governed entirely by Indian law. The courts of Kolkata, West Bengal, hold exclusive jurisdiction over any matters that exceed the scope of arbitration.
13. Changes to These Terms
We update these terms when our operational models change or when required by law. The effective date at the top indicates the last substantive revision. Minor typographical corrections will not trigger a notification. Any significant changes that materially affect user rights will be communicated to registered users before they take effect.
Continued use of the Platform following a revision constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account before the effective date.
14. Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account violating these terms without prior warning. This is especially strictly enforced in cases involving fraud, identity theft, or behavior that endangers other users. Vendors found in severe breach may also be reported to consumer protection authorities.
Users who wish to terminate their accounts may submit a request via the afs.cool. Data retention and handling post-termination are governed by our Privacy Policy.
