Privacy Policy
Abroces Fintech Services Pvt Ltd · Updated on May 2026
“Privacy policies” should always never play the role of only a checkbox, as this one is written for the people who actually use Abroces Fintech Services—buyers, vendors, job seekers, service providers, astrologers, and anyone who has simply wondered what we track while browsing our motor listings. The short answer is: we collect what is needed to run the platform, as we do not sell it, and exactly what it is will be told to you.
Our organization acts under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and its modernized or relevant versions of the same amendment. If you crave knowledge about creating an account on the platform or understanding it, then going through this document will be worth your time.
This policy covers afs.cool, the Abroces Fintech Services mobile application, and every service category on the platform—including e-commerce, the multi-vendor marketplace, job listings, astrology consultations, the services directory, and motor listings. Also covered is communication through phone, email, and support chat.
1. What We Collect and Why
Different parts of the platform collect different information. Here is what applies to each type of user:
Buy, Book, or Browse (The - B3)
The basic details stored by us when you share information during any sessions are these: “Name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address, and payment details”. Such a segment carries data, notes, or documents that are not used or retained beyond the necessity of your service.
Vendor, Service Provider, Astrologer, or Recruiter
The information stored and used, only where it is applicable, is “Name, email, phone, business address, government-issued ID, GST registration”, professional qualifications for regulated service categories, and the details you submit for your listings, including vehicle specifications and ownership records for motor listings.
When Applying For a job
Based on available data only, to see, back-check, and determine if it's correct to proceed or more evidence is needed (i.e., if an experienced member is applying and payment details are asked), recruiters store a few of these things: “Resume or CV, employment history, qualifications, and skills.”
For All Other Users
Transaction history, booking records, and payment logs for every activity on the platform. We also collect technical data, IP address, browser type, device identifier, and user-generated content such as reviews, ratings, listing descriptions, and messages to support teams or sellers.
2. How the Data Comes to Us
In four ways, we receive information, and none of them should be a surprise:
- You directly give it to us when you register, make a purchase, apply for a job, post a listing, or contact support.
- We automatically collect it through cookies and similar technologies when you interact with the platform. Section 7 covers this in more detail.
- It comes through communication details shared over email, phone, or chat during support interactions or service enquiries.
- Third-party sources, social media platforms, and other Abroces Fintech Services entities, but only after consent has been given by you for that data to be shared with us.
3. What We Do With It
We use personal data to run the platform. That covers a range of specific activities:
- Pre-orders, bookings, job applications, and payments are processed end-to-end through the platform.
- That routing is handled by the platform — sellers are reached by buyers, recruiters are reached by applicants, service providers are reached by users, and astrologers are reached by consultation clients.
- Identity verification is gone through by every vendor and service provider before their listing goes live. There is no shortcut on this.
- What you see on the platform is shaped by your activity — product recommendations, job alerts, relevant services, and content that matches what you have actually looked at.
- Transactional updates go out automatically. Support requests and disputes are handled by our team.
- Where the law has requirements, we meet them. Abusive or fraudulent behaviour is flagged and actioned before reaching other users.
4. Who Else Sees Your Information
We do not sell personal data. We share it in three situations, and specific limits are set by all three:
- Vendors, service providers, recruiters, and astrologers receive the user information needed to fulfil an order, booking, consultation, or job process. They do not receive data unrelated to the transaction.
- Operational partners, logistics companies, payment gateways, hosting providers, and analytics platforms get access only to the data they need to perform their specific function. They are bound by data processing agreements.
- Legal authorities, when required by law, court order, or where necessary to protect the safety of users or the integrity of the platform.
5. Security
We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and organisational safeguards, particularly for financial data, job records, and consultation information. These are not aspirational measures; they are in place.
That said, no data transmission over the internet is entirely without risk. We will not pretend otherwise. If you suspect a breach or notice suspicious activity on your account, contact us immediately at contactus@afs.cool. Do not wait.
6. Your Data - Your Rights
Here you have four practical rights, and exercising any of them does not require you to justify yourself to us:
- Cookie and tracking consent can be withdrawn at any time — directly through your browser or through the site's cookie settings.
- To update, correct, or remove your personal information, log in to your account at afs.cool, and if doing it yourself is not what you want, write to contactus@afs.cool, and we will handle it.
- Every marketing email we send carries an unsubscribe link. One click is enough. If that does not work for any reason, directly contact us.
- If something has gone wrong with how your data has been handled, come to us first. If you are not satisfied with our response, the relevant data protection authority is the appropriate next step.
Requests sent to contactus@afs.cool are handled by our team. If account deletion or a data export is involved in your request, allow up to 10 business days.
7. Cookies
When Abroces Fintech Services is visited by you, small files that help the site remember who you are and what you have done get stored on your device. Some of these are necessary for the platform to function. Others are optional. Here is the breakdown:
- Essential: Login, cart, payments, and security checks all depend on these. Turning them off is not an option we offer — without them the platform stops working, so consent is not the right framework here.
- Performance: Anonymous data is collected by us: pages visited, time on site, and where things break. Nothing in this category is tied to who you are. This way is how we find out what to fix.
- Functional: When any transactional systems on our website are used by you, the trend system remembers all of your language settings, payment preference, and recently viewed items.
- Targeting and Advertising: In order to give you the best output, we track your browsing behaviour to serve relevant ads and perfectly matched products according to your taste. Therefore, our website gives you direct control over everything, if managing your cookie footprint on the settings panel is what you want.
-A notice lets you know when you first arrive to accept everything, reject everything, or set your own preferences. That choice is not permanent — you can revisit it whenever you want. One practical note: switching off essential cookies will break parts of the platform. Switching off advertising cookies will not change how the platform functions at all.
Third-party cookies
“Cookies” will have a higher chance of being placed on your device by payment partners, ad networks, and analytics services through our platform. This is permitted by us where operationally necessary. What those providers do with the resulting data is governed by their own policies; it is not controlled by us, and the relevant third-party providers have been listed in our Cookie Settings panel.
8. External Links
Our platform links to third-party sites, job boards, automobile dealers, service directories, and partner platforms. We link to these not because their privacy practices are endorsed by us, but because they are useful.
Once you leave the afs.cool, this policy does not apply. Before personal information is entered on any external site, check their privacy terms. It is your decision to use a third-party site linked from ours.
9. When This Policy Changes
This policy is updated by us when our data practices change or when the law requires it. Minor wording changes provide a revised date and nothing else. If something that materially affects how your information is used is changed by us, for example, a new data-sharing arrangement, a direct notification will be sent to registered users before the change takes effect.
The current version is always in the Privacy Policy. The date at the top of this document reflects the last substantive revision.
