The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential US clients through calls, emails, and digital channels. The role requires maintaining a strong sales pipeline, tracking performance metrics, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
â Requirements & Qualifications
Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream)
0â2 years of experience in International BPO / Sales / Voice Process (freshers can apply)
Fluent English speaking is mandatory (US accent preferred)
Comfortable with night shifts (US timings)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to achieve targets and work under pressure
Basic knowledge of sales/marketing processes
