We are looking for a confident and experienced Senior HR Executive (Female) to manage end-to-end HR operations for a leading Real Estate company. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced real estate environment.Key Responsibilities:Manage the entire recruitment and onboarding process for various positions within the organization.Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.Handle employee relations, grievance management, and maintain a positive workplace culture.Prepare HR policies, maintain employee records, and ensure legal compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.).Manage attendance, payroll coordination, and leave management systems.Conduct performance evaluations and support employee engagement activities.Implement training and development programs to enhance team performance.Support management in HR strategy and workforce planning.
